Day 1—Learning the Ropes—Part Three

Got home from dad’s house and had dinner, chicken salad on a toasted bagel and a handful of munchie mix.

About an hour later, got hungry again and walked the dog around the block twice before making popcorn.

Surprisingly, my legs don’t hurt. Yet. I imagine they will in the morning though. My hamstrings have a hint of soreness but its not bad.

Day 0—The Starting Line.

So on July 29th, I’m going to be meeting R5, who happen to be one of the reasons I’m still alive today, and I don’t want to be the awkward fat blob when I do. So I have from now until then to lose as much weight as I can.

Starting weight: 306 lbs.
Goal weight: 275 lbs
Days left: 58
